Should I vacuum before Pink's arrives?
Yes, vacuuming helps remove dry soils and hair which helps our filters stay clean and in turn you receive a faster dry time.
Do I need to move my furniture?
Yes, the better prepared the home owner is the more time the technician can spend focusing on the task at hand.
Do you offer a gaurantee?
Pink’s offers a satisfaction guarantee for 14 days. Simply call us back and we will re address and past issue that had been over looked.
Do you clean area rugs?
Yes, we clean area rugs 2 different ways:
- it can be cleaned in your home for a more reasonable price if it has low to medium soiling.
- We offer a pick up submission and re deliver process which is a much better cleaning process and allows us to remove 90% more urine or souls then an income cleaning.
How long before we should we wait before we walk on our carpet and floors after they have been cleaned?
Carpet dry times can vary between 3-6 hours depending on the time of the day the job takes place or the level of soiling that needed to be removed. Tile takes about 1-2 hours to fully dry.
